Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Digital Educational Services
Daksh Pro provides digital educational services and content, including test series, mock tests, previous-year-paper access, educational materials, explanations, solutions, and other purchased digital learning access. Access may become available shortly after successful payment and enrollment.
2. General Refund Position
Except where required by applicable law or otherwise expressly provided in this Policy, purchases are generally not cancellable or refundable once the purchased digital service or content has been successfully activated or made available to the user.
3. Review Scenarios
Daksh Pro may review a request after verifying transaction and account/access status where payment was successfully debited but purchased access was not provided because of a verified technical or system issue, a duplicate payment occurred for the same purchase, another payment/access discrepancy requires correction, or a remedy is required by applicable law. A review does not promise an automatic refund.
4. Change of Mind and User-Side Reasons
Subject to applicable law, a refund will generally not be provided merely because a user changes their mind after digital access is provided, chooses not to use a course or test series, does not achieve an expected examination result, or misunderstands eligibility or official examination requirements.
5. Cancellation
Because the services are digital and access may be activated after purchase, cancellation may not be possible after activation or access is made available, subject to applicable law.
6. Failed or Pending Payments
A failed or pending payment is not the same as an approved purchase or refund. If an amount appears debited but the transaction is not confirmed, Daksh Pro may review the transaction records and the relevant access status.
7. How to Request Review
For a payment, refund, or access review, email support@dakshpro.in with your registered email address, order or payment reference if available, transaction date, purchased course/test/package, and a brief description of the issue. Do not send a card PIN, CVV, OTP, online-banking password, or full card credentials.
8. Refund Decision and Processing
Daksh Pro reviews eligible requests using payment and transaction records, whether digital access was provided, the nature of the reported issue, applicable law, and this Policy. If a refund is approved, final credit timing may depend on the payment provider or bank.
9. Examination Outcomes
Subject to applicable law, failure to qualify, achieve a particular score or rank, obtain selection, or obtain employment does not by itself create a refund entitlement.
